    4. In addition, we use the Google Analytics audience analysis tool (hereinafter « Google ») to obtain certain information about users of our website. We do not use the information provided to us by Google to identify you. This information is intended to inform us about the demographic and geographical data of our users (e.g. age, sex, language, territory, etc.) as well as their behaviour on our Site and their affinities (e.g. lifestyle). Finally, it also informs us about the technology used by them to access our Site (e. g. browser, operating system, devices used, IP address, etc.).

  4. What technologies do we use to collect your personal information?

  5. We use digital forms to collect the personal information listed in section 2.1 and keep it in a database that allows us to retrieve your information quickly. We also use cookie files (commonly known as « cookies ») to allow you to use the job cart without losing the data you have saved.

    As for the information collected by our audience analysis tool, Google enters a number in your browser using a cookie file to remember your visit. This then allows Google to associate your browser with the demographic category to which you appear to belong based on other sites you visit. Google also uses your IP address to identify the country, region and city in which your computer connects to the Internet to access our Site. However, we can inform you that your personal information is stored on servers located in Quebec and that the content is protected by encrypted passwords that are regularly updated. Our physical facilities are also locked and secured by an alarm system.

  13. Because the job search process may take several months or years depending on the type of job sought, we keep the personal information listed in section 2.1 indefinitely or until you request it.

    We also reserve the right to delete applications for which recruitment has been completed or where the contents of the file are obviously outdated and for any other reason and in our entire discretion.

Le conseiller technique aux ventes devra mettre à profit ses connaissances et ses compétences relationnelles pour obtenir les spécifications et l'application des produits à Québec et dans les environs, dans l'est du Québec et au Nouveau-Brunswick, afin de stimuler une croissance soutenue du volume et des ventes dans l'est du Canada.

DÉVELOPPEMENT COMMERCIAL :
- Identifier les comptes cibles et comprendre les besoins régionaux et clients en amont, afin de favoriser l’engagement et le positionnement client en amont.
- Spécifier les produits sur les principaux segments de marché institutionnels et autres segments pertinents du territoire.
- Utiliser et optimiser l’outil de gestion de la relation client (CRM) de comme principal moyen de communication.
- Comprendre, catégoriser, prioriser et gérer les clients tout en maintenant une relation de confiance.
- Développer de nouvelles activités sur les segments clés avec les décideurs clés.
- Développer de nouvelles relations avec les utilisateurs finaux, les entrepreneurs généraux, les architectes et les décorateurs d’intérieur.
- Gérer les comptes des installateurs de revêtements de sol et collaborer avec les équipes locales pour une installation réussie des matériaux.
- Comprendre et analyser la concurrence pour obtenir des résultats positifs sur le territoire.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration et communiquer efficacement avec les équipes internes.
- Développer une compréhension claire des priorités des clients et proposer des solutions pour dépasser leurs besoins.

 Required skills

- Baccalauréat en gestion de la construction, en administration des affaires ou dans une discipline connexe, ou plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement des affaires dans le secteur de la construction, un atout, mais non une exigence.
- Compétences en gestion de projets d'envergure avec des cycles de vente longs, tant dans le secteur public que dans le secteur public.
- Excellentes compétences en présentation et en écoute active.
- Excellentes compétences en communication bilingue, orale et écrite.
- Capacité à communiquer avec les clients et à comprendre leurs besoins grâce à un processus de vente consultatif.
- Basé à Québec, Canada.
- Doit être à l'aise avec la vente des aspects techniques des produits.
- Doit être en mesure de se déplacer sur l'ensemble du territoire de façon continue et annuelle en Amérique du Nord pour des réunions de vente et des formations.
- Doit être capable d'interagir professionnellement avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques et le personnel dans un environnement dynamique, tout en gérant efficacement une charge de travail diversifiée et des situations difficiles.
- Doit s'efforcer de bâtir des relations clients durables, génératrices de ventes et de croissance sur le territoire.
